I had a great experience bringing my cat Autumn here. The doctor was incredibly thorough, took the time to answer all of my questions, and made sure I understood everything about Autumn’s care. I never felt rushed and could tell she was in great hands. Rebecca was also amazing throughout the entire visit. She was kind, attentive, knowledgeable, and made both Autumn and me feel comfortable. You can tell she genuinely cares about the animals she works with. Overall, the entire staff made the experience easy and reassuring. I would absolutely recommend this hospital to anyone looking for great veterinary care!

Our first impression was fabulous. Very clean & professional office. Dr. Garcia, Dr. Pacheco, and the amazing staff (our friend Luis), Arletty, Karla, Orlando, Roy and anyone I may have forgotten, were wonderful and efficient. We are extremely happy with the service here with our doggies, Teddy & Tori. Both had cleanings and surgery. The staff took care of them as if they were their own pets. Dr. Garcia spoke to us when finished and explained their outcome. We were even given discharge paperwork with detailed instructions. This is the first time we have experienced such personalized service from a veterinarian. Thank you everyone, especially Dr. Gerardo Garcia. You are a prince! 🫅 🤗❤️😊

Dr Gerardo Garcia and staff are a wonderful team. My friends and family also bring their dogs and cats to him. He saved the life of my dog and I am forever grateful. The staff are amazing and really care for the animals. Everyone is friendly and they call me up to follow up on my dogs to see how they’re doing. I cannot recommend them enough. They go above and beyond. They also provide services to spay and neuter community cats and the strays are treated well. Don’t look any further and I wholeheartedly recommend Miller Pets Animal Hospital.

We just established care at this hospital and had a fantastic experience. The whole care team was intentional and thorough. Dr. Chartrand was so good with our extremely anxious dog. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wonderful first visit with my new puppy, Benji! Dr. Garcia was incredibly kind, patient, and thorough. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made both Benji and me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. The staff was welcoming, the process was smooth, and I left feeling confident that Benji was in great hands. I’m very happy we chose this clinic and would definitely recommend Dr. Garcia. 🐾💙

This is a hard review to write but only because I am so thankful for Goodrich Vet and my time with them has come to an end. I have taken my dog Charlie to Goodrich since he was a puppy. In the last few years a lot of a changes have happened, new faces in and out and we almost made the choice to leave. I am so glad I didn't because we would have never met Dr. Hanson. She came to Goodrich when Charlie was already deep into his health issues and handled him with so much care and always made me feel like I knew exactly what was going on. It felt so good to have someone I felt like I trusted and honestly cared about Charlie's well-being. My Charlie was such a stinker but she was so good to him. I unfortunately had to say goodbye to my best friend last week after his battle with heart failure but knew he was in good hands. Thank you for everything Dr. Hanson. Liz and Taylor, thank you for always being so great to Charlie even when he probably wasn't being the same back. Taylor, I will never forget the love you showed Charlie on his final day. Adreal, thank you for being so kind on the worst day of my life. I would recommend this Goodrich team to anyone. Thank you all <3

Loved this vet so much that I still bring my dogs here even after moving 30+ minutes away. Dr. Chartrand took care of my elderly dog, and assisted me in her end of life care. She spent time listening to my concerns and helping me to know when it was time to say goodbye. Once my pup made it clear she was ready, I felt at peace with Dr Chartrand’s care. Everyone was crying as we said goodbye, including all the staff. I don’t regret it for a minute and I am very grateful for the compassion and kindness everyone showed my dog and me. Highly recommend.

Dr. Gangadin really takes the time to explain things and share knowledge that I feel like a lot of vets just do not do. She never makes you feel rushed, and she is always willing to answer questions and explain the reasoning behind her recommendations. I also really appreciate that she does her research before recommending medications, supplements, or treatments. You can tell that she genuinely cares about making sure what she is recommending is appropriate and beneficial for your pet. Her reccomendations and treatments have lead to significant progress in my dogs allergies, muscle and joint pain, and chronic ear infections. Having a vet who takes the time to educate you and really think through the best options makes such a huge difference. You can tell that Dr. Gangadin and her staff truly care about their patients.

I had been meaning to transition Praline from a mobile veterinarian to an in-person veterinary practice as she gets older. While I have truly appreciated the convenience of mobile veterinary care, I felt that as Praline entered this next stage of life, it was important for her to have access to the technology, diagnostics, and comprehensive care available at a full-service veterinary hospital. I scheduled a wellness appointment and then, on the morning of her appointment, Praline wasn't feeling well. When we arrived, I explained to Dr. Boyd what had been happening. What happened next is something I will never forget. Dr. Boyd performed a very thorough physical examination and noticed something that concerned her. She asked me to see if I could get Praline to urinate so she could examine her again. Praline did, and Dr. Boyd repeated the examination. She told me she could feel something that she wanted to investigate further. An X-ray revealed a large abdominal mass. I was stunned. More than a year ago, I had expressed concerns to my previous mobile veterinarian because I felt that Praline had gained weight very suddenly. I was concerned about diabetes and other possible causes, and we did testing to investigate those concerns. So to go from walking into Legacy that morning simply because Praline wasn't feeling well to discovering within minutes that there was something significant happening inside her was incredibly difficult. It also reinforced for me the difference between having access to basic veterinary care and having access to a veterinary team with the technology, diagnostic capabilities, experience, and attention to detail to investigate something when it doesn't feel quite right. The convenience and benefits of mobile veterinary care absolutely have their place, particularly for routine and basic care. But today reminded me that, especially as our dogs age, having access to a full-service veterinary hospital and a veterinarian who takes the time to really examine the whole picture can be incredibly important. I am so thankful for Dr. Boyd and the entire l team. I am grateful for the way Dr. Boyd listened to my concerns, took her time with Praline, noticed something that could have easily gone undetected ( and had Praline has had multiple vet visits over the past year) and followed that finding through with further diagnostics. Today is a hard day. I imagine there may be some hard days ahead as we navigate this next phase of Praline's life. We don't know what the outcome will be yet, and I am trying to take this one step at a time. But no matter what happens, I will forever be grateful that today Praline had someone who looked a little closer. Thank you, Dr. Boyd, for your thoughtfulness, your attention to detail, and for taking such good care of my Praline As we enter this different phase of life with Praline, I am incredibly grateful that she is now in the hands of a team that I trust.
