We had such a wonderful experience at Cepero veterinary clinic. Our French Bulldog needed treatment, and from the moment we walked in, the entire team made us feel like our pup was in the best hands. Everyone was kind, compassionate, and incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to explain everything and answer all of our questions. The doctors and staff treated our Frenchie as if he were their own, and the level of care and attention they provided gave us so much peace of mind. The procedure went smoothly, and the follow-up care was exceptional. Our pup recovered beautifully, and we couldn’t be more grateful. Deer Run Animal Hospital took the best care of my boy! He had three procedures in one sitting and is completed healed! Alison kept me calm and in the loop during each step of his recovery she really is well knowledgeable and sweet angel. Dr. G also altered me to some issues I didn’t know my dog had, and offered me a few different options and the best solutions. I will definitely be going back to them!

Dr. Cepero has been our vet for over 7 years. He’s treated 3 of our dogs. I’m thrilled that he’s got a new location. He’s not only genuine but a caring vet. Very fair prices and puts your pets’ needs first. I would not take my baby anywhere else.

I had an emergency with my baby (dog) and from the moment I called the office offered to help me and told me they would wait. Everything was explained to me and I was given an estimate upfront. Had to rush my car over because we had out the nail caps for scratching and turned out it’s the worst idea ever. 4 had grown into his paw pads and Dr. Garcia solved it right away no matter the time or rush. From start to finish the entire staff was attentive, super nice, and worried about my boy. We came here on another instance when my dog had swallowed a mango seed and the same treatment all around. Dr. and staff just amazing both times. Highly highly recommend!!
