Took our 13 year old miniature dachshund in on same day notice with vomiting and unable to eat. They got us right in, took care of little Charlie right away, and kept us informed along the way. He had early stage pancreatitis, because being a dachshund, he literally eats anything he finds.

I was panicked last Friday because I have a bengal who appeared to be having an extended (45 days) heat cycle. I could not find a single veterinarian within an hours drive that had ultrasound capabilities that could get us in before two weeks, until I found Juanita Hills animal hospital. I was grateful they were able to see me right away! Being a Bengal Breeder I face a lot of scrutiny and judgement from the majority and this clinic was nothing less than kind and compassionate and was focused on what was inportant… the health and care of my kitty. Our vet that we saw put my mind at ease and even though I was prepared to have to do an ultrasound in case she suspected ovarian cysts etc and she did not feel it was necessary and even changed the type of appointment after the fact so that wouldn’t be charged as much. They specialize more in canine’s but that is usually the case with most vets. I highly recommend this place to everyone especially breeders who are looking for high quality vet care without the stigma. Thank you for getting us in so quickly and putting my mind at ease that my Bengal child is well and healthy! ♥️♥️♥️

Yesterday, I took my dog, Ranger, to the Vet because she had a bad ear infection. From the moment I walked in, everyone- literally all the staff I came into contact with was gracious and pleasant. My dog Ranger is 2.5 years old and very energetic. They treated her with such kindness and patience. They are really dedicated and you know that when you walk in. This is now my new vet, and my dog Kiba will be going there next for her yearly check-up.

I brought my two French bulldogs to this clinic for the first time after a friend recommended them to me… and had a wonderful experience. Everyone, from the receptionist who helped me make the appointment to the assistant who stayed with us and Dr.Cepero, were kind and understanding. You could tell they love dogs by the way they spoke to and cared for mine. One of my dogs was especially anxious and had a hard time staying still. Dr. Cepero initially tried to restrain her but when he saw how stressed she was becoming, he changed his approach to help her calm down. That meant a lot to me. He was also thorough and knowledgeable during his assessment, the clinic was so clean and I felt the pricing was fair. I would happily bring both dogs back and recommend it to anyone I know.

Over the years we’ve gone to handful of veterinarians, but I can say Juanita Hills Animal Hospital is by far the best we’ve been to. The team is incredible with care, educating pet owners and offering flexibility based on where you’re at. They have wonderful bedside manner. This is the first Vet my dog has been excited to come back to even after his first experience here ended up being full procedure! Juanita Hills is a Clara clinic, and I can say when we’ve needed to go their sister clinics the quality and experience is consistent across the board. Highly recommended!

We have had such a wonderful experience with Juanita Hills Veterinary Hospital! This was only our second appointment with Kevin, our puppy, and the entire team has been so kind, patient, and understanding of his needs. Dr. Donna Mensching took such great care of Kevin, including helping with his earwax and making sure he received all of his appropriate vaccinations. She was gentle, caring, and very accommodating with him throughout the visit. Avery also helped the doctor today and was so kind and sweet. The front desk staff is absolutely amazing, and every staff member we have interacted with has been welcoming and supportive. As first-time puppy parents, we truly appreciate how encouraging and helpful they have been with us as well. They make you feel like your pet is genuinely cared for and that you’re supported as pet parents. I highly recommend Juanita Hills Veterinary Hospital. We are so happy to have found such a caring and compassionate veterinary team for Kevin!
