I’m always so impressed with this Jeweler! Hugh gives me the best customer service! A couple times a year I bring in my wedding ring for a good cleaning and to check the setting. I leave with what looks like a brand new ring! Thank you 😊

I visited the store on 59th Ave and Beardsley and was welcomed right away by Joey. He was very friendly and politely referred me to the vintage watch specialist at the main location in Scottsdale at Shea & Scottsdale Rd. I made the drive from Arrowhead and I'm glad that I did! I was warmly welcomed and they had anticipated my arrival. My appointment was with Sergio Ortega, the specialist. I have to say that Sergio was great. We got along famously. He was knowledgeable, friendly and such a pleasure to speak with. I would highly recommend Sergio to anyone I know for their desire to be treated kindly and respectfully. We arrived at a successful agreement and I was very happy with the outcome. This was definitely a pleasant experience and I highly recommend E.D. Marshall Jewelers.

I have used NSG&D for watch repair when James father was with us and was always appreciative of his fine work. Now that James is tending the business I and my wife are bringing our jewelry for repair. His demeanor and attention to detail are excellent. He made me very comfortable leaving my treasured heirlooms in his hands. Quality of work and price point are great. You could not do wrong trusting him with your valuables. ED Marshall is one of the best jewelry stores in the country. I have done business with them for nearly two decades and even after moving across the country, I flew back to Arizona recently to have an item made. One of their master bench jewelers, Mr. Jose Ramos, does truly incredible work. His attention to detail and creativity is unmatched in the industry. Well worth the flight from Ohio to have a custom piece made for my Mother’s birthday. A very unique experience all around. I wouldn’t shop anywhere else.

I was in Scottsdale briefly for my sister's wedding and realized a pin was missing from a link in my watch making it unwearable. The shop was busy,, my watch is not particularly fancy, and I was not shopping, yet Mandy was kind enough to take time to find a solution for me. My watch was fixed in less than an hour and at no charge to me. I really appreciate the level of service at EW&JC. When I buy my Datejust, I will happily buy it from them! Thanks again.

On the advice of a friend I went in to this store yesterday to inquire about getting a new battery for my watch. I spoke to Scott who was very kind and helpful. He took care of it in less than 5 minutes and cheerfully said "no charge!" I was very impressed and grateful. Good people!

I had a great experience at this jewelry store! I needed a spacer added to my engagement ring, and they handled it quickly and professionally. Mandi Rooney was very friendly and helpful explaining the process so I felt confident leaving my ring in her care. She took the time to make sure the fit was just right and when I got it back it was secure and perfect. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone needing adjustments to their jewelry!

Today I walked into The Estate Watch & Jewelry Company on 5th Avenue in Scottsdale carrying a collection of jewelry and family pieces — an antique woman’s Rolex, 18K, 14K, 12K, and 10K gold jewelry, some silver and estate jewelry, a squash blossom necklace, and an antique silver butter dish. Friends of mine had sold items there before and spoke highly of the store, so although this was a first for me, I felt comfortable walking in. I wasn’t disappointed. Tyler guided me thoughtfully through the process and handled everything with professionalism and care, especially the wedding rings my husband and I bought in Tucson in 1973. He also kindly offered suggestions on where I might better sell the antique silver butter dish. Last month I lost one of my amethyst earrings and hoped to replace it. I happened to have an old amethyst ring, and they will be able to use the antique amethyst from that ring to create a matching earring. They will also clean, polish, and restore the stone. One thing I especially appreciated is that they try to resell many of the jewelry pieces rather than simply melting them down, which allows them to offer more value for the jewelry. I would definitely recommend this store for its professionalism, thoughtful service, and respect for the history behind treasured pieces.
