I’ve been going to the same barber for about 15 years, so after moving to a new city, trusting someone new with my haircut was a big deal for me. I let Alondra know upfront that I don’t speak Spanish, and even with the language barrier, she made the entire experience easy and comfortable. She was patient, welcoming, and took the time to make sure she understood exactly what I wanted. Most importantly, she did a great job with my haircut and I left really happy with the experience.
