Took my poodle for grooming today at Zen Pet Grooming, Placentia. It was my pups first time with the new owners (we've been going here for years). The new owners did a fantastic job on my pup. His cut is perfect. I highly recommend Zen Pet Grooming!!

My dog was very happy here. The staff was very kind and treated my dog with respect. They have tons of add ons like the de shedding my lab needed in this hot weather. They had calming drops for anxiety and lots of good scents to make her smell pretty. Excellent work Zen Pet Grooming! We will be back!!

Very friendly staff. Sent pics to me as the grooming was unfolding because it was my puppy’s first time. Was having a cruddy day and the front desk worker (Jake) was just so kind and approachable. Really brightened my day after speaking with him while waiting for grooming to finish. Great experience.

Colleen was great! She texted me earlier in the day to let me know that our regular groomer, Anna, was out. She also gave me an option for an earlier appointment. Colleen did a wonderful grooming on our Westie!

This is a hard review to write but only because I am so thankful for Goodrich Vet and my time with them has come to an end. I have taken my dog Charlie to Goodrich since he was a puppy. In the last few years a lot of a changes have happened, new faces in and out and we almost made the choice to leave. I am so glad I didn't because we would have never met Dr. Hanson. She came to Goodrich when Charlie was already deep into his health issues and handled him with so much care and always made me feel like I knew exactly what was going on. It felt so good to have someone I felt like I trusted and honestly cared about Charlie's well-being. My Charlie was such a stinker but she was so good to him. I unfortunately had to say goodbye to my best friend last week after his battle with heart failure but knew he was in good hands. Thank you for everything Dr. Hanson. Liz and Taylor, thank you for always being so great to Charlie even when he probably wasn't being the same back. Taylor, I will never forget the love you showed Charlie on his final day. Adreal, thank you for being so kind on the worst day of my life. I would recommend this Goodrich team to anyone. Thank you all <3
