I don't know about authenticity, but this spot is definitely one of Grandview's best places for a bowl of noodle soup or, my all time fav, PORK CHASHU RICE BOWL. So extremely filling for something that fairly priced. Service is also incredible—folks are so nice.

My boyfriend and I discovered this food truck just a couple of weeks ago, and we were honestly obsessed from the first bite. The fried rice was so good we couldn’t stop eating it. Today, after a 4-hour drive back home, we were trying to decide what to get for dinner, and this place was the only thing on our minds. It was just as delicious as we remembered. The staff was also incredibly sweet and welcoming, which made the experience even better. We can’t wait to come back again. Thank you so much!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Flame Japanese Hibachi is hands down one of the best hibachi spots around. Honestly way better than Quickway Hibachi and Sakura Hibachi. The food is always fresh, the portions are HUGE, and the prices are great for how much you get. They also have a really nice clean eating area with outdoor dining which makes the experience even better. If you love Japanese hibachi food, I highly recommend giving this place a try. 10/10 for me — I’ll definitely be coming back!

Flame Hibachi is hands down one of the best hibachi spots around. In my opinion, it’s way better than Quickway and Sakura Hibachi. The restaurant is super clean, they even have outdoor seating, the prices are great, and the portion sizes are HUGE. The food is always fresh and flavorful. Highly recommend if you love Japanese hibachi food!
