This bakery really got me hooked. Soft, pillowy buttery salt bread with that perfect fresh-baked texture. Simple, warm, and seriously satisfying. The kind of bakery stop that makes you want to come back for another after another. The pastries aside from the original salt bread also come with filled in cream like Earl Grey Chocolate, Strawberry Lychee Jam . They also sell specialty sandwiches like Black Osetra Caviar with truffle spread or scallion spread, Spam Egg & Cheese Sandwich. The spreads in different flavors like Scallion, Garlic Knot, Nori Sesame Oil are fabulous ! They are so rich, creamy with authentic bold flavors. I love them all . Really, you need to check this bakery out. Everything is just exceptional ! The salt breads were honestly the best I’ve ever had - there’s definitely a reason why they’re so popular! The salt bread itself was perfectly soft and chewy with a delicious buttery, salty flavor, and I loved that there were so many unique flavors to choose from. We tried the original, summer peach, super milk, and heirloom baby tomato, and each one had its own distinct flavor. Everything was so delicious, and I can’t wait to come back and try more!

This is probably the closest I’ve had to Korean-style salt bread in NYC. The bread itself is so good—crispy on the outside, soft and buttery inside, and honestly doesn’t need anything else. I really enjoyed trying it with the different spreads too, but I’d happily eat it plain. Definitely hit the spot when I was craving 소금빵!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely loved Maison Valentine! A little taste of France in the heart of Miami Beach. The pastries are fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavor, and the coffee is the perfect match. The atmosphere is warm and charming, with friendly service that makes the experience even better. Vanessa is very professional and attentive. Definitely a lovely spot for breakfast, coffee, or a sweet break in Miami Beach. Highly recommended — we’ll be back!
