My wife and I visited the Roseville store on a Saturday, and met the guys. They were very welcoming and didn’t mind spending time to get to know us. These guys know their stuff. I spoke mostly with Luke, sorry I can’t remember the gentleman in the cowboy hat, he was very nice also.They both treated us like family. I received very thorough answers to my questions. I will definitely be doing business with these guys in the near future. Do recommend you visit this place.

I was one of the first customers when Solar Tactical opened and recently returned to see them again. The shop is well stocked for all types of equipment and has knowledgeable employees who are really helpful and well trained. If you’re interested in marksmanship or home defense, they are a good resource.

Visited Solar Tactical on 5/30/26 to do a PPT of two pistols as the buyer. I am from the east bay and I’m a fan and a customer of Livermore and Castro Valley Solar Tactical so I’m very familiar with those stores but out of the abundance of caution I called in advance to see if Roseville could accommodate a PPT because the seller lives up there and also I know they don’t really make money on these. They said no problem just come on in anytime before 2pm. Now, there’s something to be said simply on that alone. The fact that they were so inviting on a transfer that doesn’t make them money in the first place says a lot to me. If you could have heard the phone call it was very pleasant and professional. I’ve been to shops in the east bay I won’t do business with anymore simply on the unfriendliness and how they treat you (like you are a bother to them) I have tried to do a PPT at a shop I won’t name that had ZERO people in the store and they wanted me to make an appointment for two weeks out?!? Come on… but if you are in the Roseville area! By far the best of the best to deal with. The shop has some cool things in there also, I was already eyeing a couple things lol. I’d also like to personally thank Luke and Matt. They made this whole transaction swift and easy. Their professional demeanor is something that shouldn’t go unnoticed and their ability to multitask impressed the heck out of me. Afterwards, the seller and I talked with Luke a little bit about the store and where he came from etc. These are the types of people who should be employed at these types of stores, friendly, inviting, knowledgeable people that treat you like family. That’s how you retain customers for life. Thanks Luke, Matt and Solar Tactical! See you soon to pick up my stuff 😊🇺🇸🔫

Super awesome new store in Roseville. They have tons of inventory with lots of optics on hand as well as a great parts selection. Huge selection as vortex distributor. The employees were super friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to help me get what I wanted.
