Bob was great! Very welcoming and friendly from the moment we walked in. He took the time to really listen to what we were looking for and helped us find a mattress that fit our needs perfectly. He was knowledgeable, patient, and never made us feel pressured. He also did a great job negotiating and helping us get the best deal possible. OMG I'm short of words! Got into my 1st ever rental apt today and needed furniture TODAY still after flying in directly from abroad! Alex and Ali walked me from the door through the whole store, even through catalogs in pages and on the computer! They were super patient with my multiple criteria and constant change of choices for all my spaces, till I found what I absolutely loved! And the best part, they got me the best deals available, walked me through a convenient 0% interest financing for 1yr, and even filled the applications out themselves. Might I add, I get delivery today still for all my in-store choices! Couldn't have asked for a better first time experience with furnishing my apartment. This will linger as a great memory for me for very long I can tell you! I'll be running back here for sure!
