My family and I couldn’t be happier with our experience with Joe from Flooring Coverings International. From the very beginning, Joe was incredibly helpful, professional, and easy to work with. He really took the time to listen to what we wanted, explain my options, and made the whole process feel simple and stress-free. Gary did the installation and absolutely knocked it out of the park. His attention to detail was amazing. There was a corner piece that got damaged during transportation and it was ordered and replaced the following day after a holiday weekend. With the service, you could tell he genuinely cared about the quality of his work. He was professional, respectful of my home, and made sure everything looked perfect before he finished. What really stood out to me was that Joe took his time out of his day to check on the installation when everything was finished. It’s difficult to find people who are dependable, respectful, and proud of their work. The floors turned out better than we expected and completely changed the look and feel of our 50-year home. My family is extremely happy with the result and would recommend Joe and Flooring Covers International without hesitation. If you’re looking for great service, quality work, and people you can trust in your home, these are your guys. 10/10 experience!

We chose FCI to install hardfloor in our 2nd floor hallway and office room. Joe and his crew did an excellent job, they helped us to select the best option for our house and their advice paid off. Once we made our choice, the installation was quick and accurate and the floor looks gorgeous! It really works with our aesthetic. The value was really good for the price, too. We had not purchased or even looked new flooring for 25 years. Lot has changed so we were lost. Everyone at the Lebanon store was so helpful and patient, answered all our questions, explained everything so well. Picked out the LVP and carpet. Then the installation crew are skilled the finished job went beyond our expectations. In addition to their skill they were so helpful and friendly during the process. Can not say enough good things about our experience with Dan the Carpet Man from beginning to end. Recommend them to anyone interested in flooring.
