They get you in and out quick. Better than the competition because they pull everything for you and put it in a bin. It can get a little crowded but nothing too bad. I only seen it shoulder to shoulder when it rains. Even then it's still fast, accurate service and the customers service counter is always a huge help.

The check in and pick up process was well organized and quick. However when I got home, I found the power cord to my item was missing even though the item was listed as “complete” and without any missing parts. Not the biggest deal as the cord can be bought at a store, but I hope they can provide reimbursement or some way to make this right so we’ll see if they respond to my email. Update: they responded quickly with a great offer to make things right. Thank you!

There are so many great thingse to bid on. You can easily become addicted. Be careful, lol. I've had a ton of fun and excitement bidding and winning on Vista. Only problem, then you have to pay your credit card bill. Oh well.

If your new to the store or pickup, you walk in the front on the right and immediately to the left are scanners on the wall. Scan your QR code and then you walk back outside and go to the right. There's zone 1 or zone 2. When you scanned your QR code it'll prompt you which one. They'll call your name and depending on the amount of items being out on a pallet or buggy. Just make sure to return the buggy. Honestly if you don't mind walking a little just park to the right facing the building. It's less hectic and easier to leave.
