Google's policies prevent tying a specific review to a specific card or employee; you can name each card and compare scan counts, and PRO shows all devices.
Unfortunately, we’re not able to track exactly how many reviews were generated specifically from scanning the QR cards. Due to Google’s policies, it’s not possible to pinpoint the direct source of each review.
The dashboard is reporting scans of the device, not reviews. So when someone scans your device but doesn’t leave a review that will still show up as a scan.
I also just added a QR codes section to Analytics for you which should help you better see your employees’ performance.
I’m looking into the issue now. Are you able to provide photos of the cards that are not attributing scans?

I show we received 8 new reviews yet it shows ZERO in the Prosper portal.
