Your scan count exceeds your review count because a scan only opens the review page; whether someone posts, and Google's moderation, are out of ProsperQR's hands.
The Scan Log reflects the total number of QR code scans… while the Review Dashboard reflects reviews that have been successfully posted and approved by Google.
Sometimes the data may be a few hours behind if it hasn’t synced yet.

The number of reported reviews and what shows on our google review account do not match.

Its not a lag because these reviews are week old and should reflect on the google review.
