I have a dashboard to capture reviews and I want the scanned reviews to go there … it doesn't take the URL, just defaults to google page of my company.
Can I point my Google review QR code or NFC card to a custom URL like Facebook, a menu, or my own review page?

Yes, a ProsperQR QR or NFC card can be pointed to a custom URL such as a Facebook page instead of Google reviews, but that use requires a subscription.
Yes you can set these up to link to your Facebook page, however, because this isn't the intended use case for most of our customers, it requires a subscription.
