I was supposed to have the $19 a month plan not the $49 I need a refund and change my subscription

ProsperQR has one paid plan at $20/mo, or $15/mo billed annually; the free plan collects unlimited reviews, while premium features need the paid tier.
We only offer one subscription, it’s $20/mo or discounted to $15/mo if paid annually.
Do you just need review collection with your QR codes? There's no limit for that on the free plan. If you upgraded by mistake, I can refund your subscription if you no longer need the premium features.

does the $20- plan allow me to have unlimited reviews? On the non paid plan, how many reviews do I get?
