We are so sad to be leaving Level Up. We truly have nothing but wonderful things to say about our experience. Our daughter came home every day excited to tell us about her day, the activities she participated in, and the special moments she shared with her teachers and friends. The staff has always been amazing, caring, and welcoming. The hard work, dedication, and love they put into everything they do—especially the shows and performances for holidays and special occasions—are truly incredible. We will always be grateful that we chose Level Up to help prepare our daughter for TK and kindergarten. We were fortunate enough to have our daughter attend daycare here for nearly 2 years and have nothing but great things to say. From the Director Ms. Lisa to all of the teachers that our daughter had, everyone truly looked out for her and made her first daycare / school experience a very positive one. She came home happy every day and we never had any question that everyone always had her best interests at mind there. Additionally, she learned so much in her time there. While we have to move schools due to moving out of the district, it was very bittersweet to leave knowing how positive our experience was there, and we couldn't recommend it more highly to anyone looking for a great learning and care experience.

My 3 year old has been going here for almost one year now. We’re so happy with our decision to put him here. The staff is kind and knowledgeable. My kid seems happy and well stimulated while there. He has learned so much already and we’ve made a good community of friends. They take credit cards and have great variety for lunch options (though it costs extra). I will be sad for the day that we have to transition him to his next school once he ages out. Sounds like they started an infant program too, which my baby will be attending.

We have had a wonderful experience with Language Garden Montessori. My child started learning Chinese from almost zero, and I’m amazed by how quickly she has improved. The teachers not only teach vocabulary and sentences, but also help children build a real sense for the language, which makes learning feel natural and enjoyable. We truly appreciate the teachers’ effort, patience, and great communication throughout the year. They kept us updated and made us feel confident about our child’s progress. My child attended here for 2 years for daycare/preK. It is a very nice facility with ice skating on site and a large open gym for different sports/ free play. I felt very safe leaving my child here and it is a professional environment. Overall, the teachers here are caring and they are quick to respond to anything you ask/ say. Miss Lisa, who is part of the administration team, is physically sitting at the front desk and always available to talk to you if needed. I would highly recommend Allstar if you're looking for daycare especially if you consider other daycares with comparable prices.

Language Garden is the school where I have seen children learn the most. The Montessori materials are thoughtfully rotated each week, keeping the learning experience fresh and engaging. I’ve noticed a sudden flood of bad reviews over the last week or two. If you look at how fast and heavily these comments are dropping all at once, it just looks completely unnatural and heartbrokenly suspicious. No school is perfect—just like no person is perfect—but as a parent whose child has spent over two years here, I feel a deep responsibility to share my absolute honest experience from the bottom of my heart. 1. On Campus Safety: My boy is incredibly active, Yet, in his two whole years here, he’s barely had any scratches or minor bumps. Whenever anything happens, no matter how tiny, the school immediately gives us a detailed incident report explaining exactly what happened. Let’s be real，as parents, our kids get hurt even when they’re home with us. Expecting a school to guarantee zero injuries is just unrealistic, but Language Garden does an incredible job protecting our kids. 2. A School You Can Truly Trust with Your Heart: Last year, my son went through a pretty serious injury that required delicate, ongoing care. On his first day back, I sent him in with a regular Band-Aid. The principle , Caroline, pointed out that standard Band-Aids grip too tightly and might hurt his fragile wound when removed. She recommended using gauze instead. Throughout his recovery, the teachers showered him with such close, tender eye and attention. I was completely amazed, none of the other kids ever pulled the gauze off, and my son didn't even scratch at it when it got itchy. Toward the end of his healing, we switched back to Band-Aids. On days I completely forgot to pack one, Caroline would actually prep a Band-Aid herself, intentionally reducing its stickiness before applying to my son so it wouldn't hurt his skin when taken off. I’m just paying normal tuition, medical care and attention to detail like this are completely above and beyond their job description. They did it purely out of love and responsibility . Whenever I have any request regarding my son, I can talk to absolutely any teacher here, and they always treat it with the utmost care and respect. 3. About Caroline (The Heart and Soul of the School): Caroline is beautiful, kind, and incredibly empathetic. Just the other day, I looked at her and genuinely told her from the bottom of my heart, " I know you're in your 60s, but inside, you're entirely a young girl. Your heart is just so pure." Whenever we chat at pickup, she truly celebrates my joys with me, and she listens with so much genuine empathy when I’m having a rough day. She is the kind of person who always wants to help the moment she hears someone is in trouble. When you're hurting, her tears almost fall before yours do. Thanks to this beautiful community, my son has made so many wonderful friends, and I’ve connected with so many amazing parents, we’ve even been invited to some of home playdates. Language Garden isn’t the first daycare or preschool my son has attended, but it is the one where I feel the most safe, the most loved, and completely at peace.

I have two kids in this school 5 years apart. I am constantly amazed at how rarely they have gotten sick (school encourages mask use), how friendly the staff are, and overall how clean and organized the school is. I am also extremely happy that this is one of the only schools I know of that teaches the Taiwanese writing system (bopomofo). It was very important to me for my kids to have some exposure for when they visit family so I was happy to find this place. This school is not a cram school. It is Montessori and focuses on teaching self-reliance, self-driven learning, and empathy for other children. Our older kid not only loves learning, is considered advanced by his soon-to-be kindergarten school, and is great with the sibling as a result of this. There is some teacher turnover, but this is to be expected as it's not a home-run daycare. The teachers have all been great and Ms. Caroline takes the time to find good teachers to backfill ones who have left.

LevelUp Montessori Milpitas was our daughter’s first school, and it has been an amazing experience. The environment is incredibly friendly, and the teachers are so supportive and welcoming. We are extremely happy with this preschool and highly recommend it to other parents. The teachers are caring, patient, and genuinely invested in each child’s growth, and the environment is warm, safe, and welcoming.
