ProsperQR ships within the US only (about 2 days via Amazon Prime, 5 from the shop); if a package is lost in transit, support will refund or replace it.
At the moment, we only ship within the United States and do not offer shipping to Canada yet.
With Amazon Prime it's 2 business days, from our Shopify website it's 5 business days.
This has never happened before, and seems like an issue on USPS's end, however, to make things right I sent you a full refund.
