'No locations found' means you signed in with an email that doesn't manage your Google Business Profile; log in with the managing Google account to see reviews.
Everything is managed by your Google Business Profile, ProsperQR simply reads the data. Since you don't see locations when logged in as [your email], it means the email account doesn't have access to your Google Business Profile.
I recommend logging into ProsperQR with the same email that owns your Google Business Profile, this ensures the locations will link.
We only use the data access to give you a performance dashboard and ensure easy setup of your QR code stands. We will never delete or change anything without your knowledge.
