ReviewOS comes with a triple guarantee. Each one has a review milestone and a matching usage condition. If you meet the usage condition for any one of the three and still don't hit the review milestone, you're eligible for a full refund.
If you record at least 1 badge scan by the end of Day 1 but get fewer than 1 new Google review, you're eligible for a refund.
If you record at least 10 badge scans by the end of Day 30 but get fewer than 10 new Google reviews, you're eligible for a refund.
If you record at least 100 badge scans by the end of Day 90 but get fewer than 100 new Google reviews, you're eligible for a refund.
Each guarantee stands on its own — if any one of the three milestones are not met, you are eligible for a full refund.
You recorded 3 badge scans on Day 1 but didn't get a single new review. Guarantee #1 kicks in — you're eligible, for a full refund.
You had 120 badge scans by Day 90 but only received 60 new reviews. Guarantee #3 kicks in — you used the system, the reviews didn't follow, your claim is valid.
You had only 40 badge scans by Day 90 and 15 new reviews. Guarantee #3's usage condition wasn't met — and neither were the earlier ones. The system can't work if you don't ask customers to scan.
